SMCI's Service Division is prepared to properly replace old or broken HVAC units if needed.  Our trained technicians will analyze your current system and give you a professional recommendation to provide a complete system that will increase your efficiency while decreasing your maintenance costs.

Planned Maintenance
Small problems can become bigger problems as your system continues to run.  That's why it's a good idea to have your system checked at the beginning of the cooling and heating seasons.  For maximum efficiency, coils need to be cleaned and refrigerant needs to be at the proper level.  In addition, proper preventative maintenance will increase the life of your equipment and spot potential problems before they occur.  You should also check and clean or replace your air filters each month.
